Guides Lyon is a platform that brings together professional guides, all of whom hold the official guide license issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism after completing university studies (such as a professional bachelor’s degree in guiding or a master’s degree, or through VAE – Validation of Acquired Experience). It gathers around fifty professional guides covering the Auvergne-Rhône region, southern Burgundy, and the Vaucluse department.
Its aim is to best meet the needs for tour guides among groups, individuals, cultural institutions (museums, monuments), and travel agencies both in France and abroad.
The platform works closely with fellow guides across France.
